This privacy policy explains how we process the personal data you send in the request form and what visit statistics the site collects. The policy applies to the website santehnikisriga.lv. In force from 05.11.2026.
The controller of personal data is Santehniķis Rīgā (santehnikisriga.lv). You can ask questions about your data through the request form, as described in the section "How to exercise your rights".
From the request form we receive:
Contact with you also creates records: correspondence about the request, the agreed time, the price and the work carried out. Please do not include health data or other special categories of data in the description, as they are not needed for the work.

Name, phone number, district, problem and urgency are required in the form, because without them we cannot respond to the request. We do not make automated decisions that would significantly affect you. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Service providers process the data on our behalf. Some of them may also process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR are used, for example a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. We pass data to public authorities only when required by law.
We keep request and job data for no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires longer. After that we delete the data from the record of requests and the correspondence about the request.
The site does not use cookies and does not store any information in your browser.
For visit statistics we use the analytics tool Umami, which loads from the address track.ssm.lv. It does not use cookies. The tool collects the pages visited, the page you came from, the browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language and approximate location, as well as the fact that the form was sent. The statistics tool does not receive the data entered in the form.
Fonts and styles load from this website itself, not from other servers. There are no advertising or social media tracking tools on the site.
Fill in the same request form. In the "Problem" field choose "Other", enter any district and urgency, and in the description write "privacy" and what you would like, for example to receive a copy of your data or to have your data deleted. We will contact you on the phone number you give.
To avoid disclosing data to another person, we may ask you to confirm that the phone number belongs to you. We reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest, as required by Article 12(3) GDPR.
If we change the policy, we publish the new version on this page with a new effective date. This version is in force from 05.11.2026.
