About us in short: Santehniķis Rīgā is the place to book plumbing work in the city of Riga. We take requests for leaks, blockages, taps, toilets, water heaters (boilers), heating and bathrooms. We contact you within 5 minutes of your request.
Our main jobs and their starting prices:
The full list of jobs is in the plumbing services section, and all starting prices are in one place on the plumbing prices page. You will find practical explanations, for example who pays for a riser, in the advice section.
We work only in the city of Riga, in all 58 districts. This site does not accept requests from the municipalities around Riga.
Plumbing work in Riga varies with the type of building. In apartment buildings the question is often the shared risers and where the apartment owner's responsibility ends. In districts of private houses, well pumps, drainage and connections to the city networks come up more often. That is why every district has its own page, for example Purvciems, Mežaparks and Bolderāja.
We show prices as "from €X", for example mixer tap repair from €25. That is the starting price for a simple job, not a fixed amount for every case.
The final price depends on:
We give the exact price once we have assessed the situation and agree it before the work starts. If another fault turns up during the work, we first agree the extra work and its price with you.
Contact is only through the form, which is on every page. We contact you within 5 minutes of your request. We also work evenings, nights and weekends when a plumber is free.
We deliberately have no phone number or e-mail: the form already contains the district, the problem and the urgency, so the conversation is shorter. More on the contact page.
If your request concerns one of these jobs, we will not be able to do it.
